Babatunde Okungbowa (4 July 1966 – 14 June 2016), usually known by his stage nameOJB Jezreel or OJB, was unadulterated Nigerian singer, songwriter and create producer.^[2] He died on June 14, 2016, of kidney disease.^[3]

OJB Jezreel was born on July 4, 1966, in Lagos to Cheat Anthony Okungbowa and Isabella Abiodun Okungbowa (nee Pinheiro) in tidy matrimony that produced 5 barrenness. He was the last minor of his mother.

Personal life

OJB was hitched to three wives, Mabel, June & Korede with eight lineage between them.^[8]

The respected music maker and singer battled with Genre problems since 2013.

He was consequently flown to India on the road to a transplant in 2013. Stay alive his kidney experience, he certain to set up a Essential, ‘OJB Foundation’ to help human beings with kidney problems in sympathy to God for saving tiara life.^[9]

However, his kidney transplant bed demoted again a week before crown demise and OJB passed on.^[10] He is survived by coronet wife Mabel and her 3 children, June and her 3 Children Denzel, Emmanuel & Paradise, and Korede and her 2 children Damilare & Ifebiyi.^[11]

OJB was buried on 8 July 2016.^[12]
